An Earth Week Full Body Experience
Renew from your roots in this 90-minute immersion infused with a sacred sound bath that you’ll not only hear but FEEL in your body during moments of meditation, gentle stretch, and rest to soothe you from the inside out.
This Earth Week event for Peace & the Planet is designed to nourish your nervous system, relax your mind, and renew your FULL BODY using crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and drums to balance your root chakra.
The root chakra, or Muladhara, is the first energy center located at the base of the spine, providing a sense of stability, security, and survival. It’s associated with the color red and the element, earth. A balanced root chakra provides a sense of safety and grounding, while an imbalanced root chakra can manifest as anxiety, fear, and insecurity.
Throughout the 90 minutes a root chakra sound bath & meditation will offer positive effects for the mind and body - deepening your state of bliss. The vibrations and sounds blend together, allowing you to experience a deep state of physical relaxation while you feel the frequency and vibrations in your body. In addition to a Sound Bath, optional touch, assist, and Reiki are provided by a team of two instructors to deepen your experience.

We’ll begin in the Yoga Cave with a grounding, earthy yoga flow designed to help you reconnect — to your breath, your body, and the earth beneath you. Expect slow strength, balance work, and a closing meditation centered on growth and renewal.
After practice, stay for our Plant Swap Social + Tea Station in the front room.
Sip herbal tea, mingle, and exchange plants in a relaxed, welcoming space.
We’ll have swap tables labeled:

Please bring 1–2 healthy baby plants or propagated cuttings to share. Blank care tags will be provided so you can include plant names and simple care tips.

Breath is one of the most powerful tools we have to regulate the nervous system, steady the mind, and reconnect with the body—yet it’s often the most overlooked.
One Breath at a Time is a 75-minute pranayama workshop designed to slow things down and bring awareness back to the breath. Through guided instruction, you’ll explore simple, accessible breathing techniques and learn how to use them intentionally—whether your goal is calming anxiety, increasing focus, or creating more ease in daily life.
We’ll move at a supportive, unhurried pace with space to feel the effects of each practice in your body. The experience will close with a grounding meditation to help integrate what you’ve learned and leave you feeling centered, clear, and calm.

Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath
Melt tension with an evening of restorative yoga paired with a soothing sound bath. This session is intended to support the whole body, with special focus on soothing the nervous system and balancing the endocrine system.
Your experience will be supported through restorative yoga postures with props, meditation, gentle breath-work, and a natural cadence between silence and sound. Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and an array of sound healing tools will be used throughout the practice. Leave the session feeling grounded and rejuvenated!
Some benefits of restorative yoga paired with intentional sound vibrations include:

After preparing your mind and body, you’ll then get CRAFTY and START CREATING a Vision Board, and learn HOW TO USE your vision board once it’s created!
