Intro to Myofascial Release
Normal, healthy state it is relaxed, flexible and smooth to movement. But, when the fascia becomes taut due to daily life and repetitive motions or physical trauma, you can experience pain, tension, rigid and less pliable movements, creation of pulls/pressures in body - even misalignment or injury over time.
In this workshop we will experience the use of myofascial release balls and props against our bodies trigger points to stretch and release tight fascia. You'll learn simple, yet effective Myofascial Release (MFR) techniques to apply to your yoga practice and everyday life. Join us and discover a new way of healing; explore the potential to release and let go into a softer and suppler body and mind. All levels welcome.
Class will include a gentle flow to bring warmth and circulation, myofascial release to front, back and side body - concluding with a well-deserved, restorative savasand. Perfect for athletes, yogis, and/or those seeking a deep release within the musculoskeletal system. No experience necessary. Injuries welcome.

Start the year in stillness. This 75-minute experience invites you to settle, release, and realign so you can step into the New Year with clarity and ease.
We’ll begin with gentle grounding and breathwork to calm the nervous system, followed by a guided meditation to let go of what feels heavy and open space for what you truly want to welcome. Then, recline and receive a spacious sound bath—crystal singing bowls, chimes, and soothing tones layered to support deep relaxation, nervous-system reset, and a clear, centered state of mind.

Restful sound bath to melt tension and restore balance

Join us for an inspiring experience and workshop combining breathwork, yoga, and vision boards to help you manifest your goals and intentions for 2026. This session is designed to guide you gently inward through your breath and movement, then outward with creative expression to build a meaningful vision for your year ahead.

Join this two hour event to connect with yourself, MEDITATE, MAKE and MANIFEST more of the life you want and deserve using your BREATH and a vision BOARD!
In this workshop and event…….
You’ll experience the transformative power of the breath for clearing, the power of gentle and restorative yoga poses, learn the neuro-science of visualization on the brain,and begin to create a vision board. Ratona will guide you through breath work, gentle, supportive movement, and meditation to prepare you emotionally, physically, and spiritually for possibilities. In addition to Breathwork and meditation, Ratona may offer Reiki or assist to deepen your experience.
After preparing your mind and body, you’ll then get CRAFTY and START CREATING a Vision Board, and learn HOW TO USE your vision board once it’s created!
BRING A JOURNAL and PEN, ALL supplies provided to make a Vision Board.
Simply register and show up.
Feel free to bring any additional magazines or images you might want to put on your board. You’ll begin the creative and meditative process for creating your board at the event, and can finish it at home when you have more time for reflection.
