A 2-hour Yoga Alignment Workshop exploring balancing poses
If you think balance is the most challenging part of your practice, you are not alone. Join us for this balance and alignment workshop where we will go over the foundations for balance and the alignment our bodies need to root deep and rise tall.
In this 2-hour experience we will break down a variety of balancing poses from Tree to Warrior III where you’ll receive hands-on and verbal guidance, personalized cues to fit your body and explore the benefits of using props to support our balance. In this open dialogue format there is space and time for questions so you can truly understand what works best for you to help you gain confidence in what can feel like the toughest part of our practice.
