We’re so excited to announce Full Body’s first-ever 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, beginning January 2026!
This program was created for those who are ready to dive deeper—into their practice, their purpose, and their potential. Over five transformational months, you’ll explore yoga not just as movement, but as a way of living with greater balance, awareness, and connection.
Through in-person learning, personalized mentorship, and meaningful community, you’ll gain the confidence and skills to guide others while deepening your own understanding of yoga’s philosophy, anatomy, and mindful practice.

Program Details:
Duration: 5 months (January–May 2026)
Capacity: Limited to 15 students for an intimate, supportive experience
Certification: Meets and exceeds standards for RYT 200
Application Fee: $100 non-refundable (will be applied to tuition if accepted)
Priority consideration will be given to current Full Body Yoga students. If you currently practice elsewhere, we may request a reference from your teacher or studio.

Weekend Hours:
(please note there are 4 weekends that include Friday evenings 6-9PM)

Sundays: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

200-Hour Teacher Training — Frequently Asked Questions
Can I miss any days of yoga teacher training?
To get the most out of your experience, full participation is expected. We understand that life happens, but attendance is required for all sessions to receive your certificate of completion. Any missed hours must be made up through private instruction or additional assignments, which may include an additional fee.
Are you a Yoga Alliance Registered School?
Full Body Fitness & Yoga is currently in the process of applying for Yoga Alliance registration. Once approved, graduates will have the option to register as RYT-200 yoga teachers through Yoga Alliance.
Are books and materials included in the cost of the training?
The cost of books is not included in your tuition. Reading materials typically total under $100 and will be provided to you in advance of the training start date.
When will I find out if I have been accepted into the program?
Once your application and deposit are received, you’ll receive an email confirmation within one week regarding your acceptance into the program.
How much time is required for homework or outside work?
Expect to spend about 1–2 hours per week on homework or reading assignments, along with:
🧘♀️ Daily personal practice (as little as 15 minutes a day)
💫 Seva (service project): 15 total hours
🗣️ Practice teaching: 30–60 minutes per week
These activities are designed to help you integrate what you’re learning into your life and teaching.
Will I be a certified yoga teacher?
Technically, there’s no such thing as a “certified yoga teacher.” Upon successful completion of this program, you will receive a 200-Hour Teacher Training Certificate of Completion from Full Body Yoga & Wellness LLC which qualifies you to begin teaching yoga. You can then register as RYT-200 yoga teachers through Yoga Alliance.
Will I be able to teach after completing the program?
Yes! Upon completing all program requirements, you will graduate as a 200-hour trained yoga teacher. Many graduates begin teaching in studios, wellness centers, and community spaces shortly after completing their training.
Tuition & Policies
Tuition:
Paid in Full: $3,000
Payment Plan: $3,400
A $100 non-refundable application deposit is required with your application to reserve your space in the program. If accepted, your deposit will be applied toward your total tuition.
Payment Plans:
Payment plans are available upon request. All tuition must be paid in full by January 15, 2026, unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Books and additional reading materials are not included in tuition (typically under $100 total).
Refund Policy:
Your $100 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you withdraw before December 15, 2025, any remaining tuition (beyond the deposit) will be refunded.
After December 15, 2025, no refunds will be issued.
In the unlikely event that Full Body Fitness & Yoga cancels the training, all payments will be refunded in full.
Attendance Policy:
To receive your certificate of completion, you must attend all scheduled sessions.
If you need to miss any time due to illness or emergency, arrangements must be made with your lead instructor to make up the hours. Make-up sessions may involve private instruction or additional coursework and may incur a separate fee.
Certificate of Completion:
Upon successful completion of all training requirements, including attendance, assignments, and practice teaching, you will receive your 200-Hour Teacher Training Certificate of Completion from Full Body Yoga & Wellness LLC.
