Grow confidence in your Warrior poses in this alignment based workshop as we breakdown poses like Warrior I, Warrior II, Triangle, Extended Side Angle, High Lunge, Goddess and more.
In this supportive 2-hour experience we will find the perfect alignment for your body from the tips of our fingers to the soles of our feet to find the strength and grace of the warrior within. You’ll receive hands-on and verbal guidance, personalized cues, and time for questions so you can truly understand what works best for you.
