One Breath at a Time is a 2-hour pranayama workshop designed to slow things down and bring awareness back to the breath. Through guided instruction, you’ll explore a variety of accessible breathing techniques and learn how to use them intentionally—whether your goal is calming anxiety, increasing focus, or creating more ease in daily life.
We’ll move at a supportive, unhurried pace with time to feel the effects of each practice in your body. The experience will close with a grounding, guided meditation to help integrate the breathwork and leave you feeling centered, clear, and calm.
