A Restorative Immersion with the gifts of touch, reiki, and assist to ground you before the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. The time to take care of YOU is NOW. The holidays are a time of giving and RECEIVING.
Restore, Regulate, and REST while you receive touch, gentle massage, reiki, and assist in this 90 minute Full Body Experience. You’ll unwind and decompress through a nurturing restorative practice and meditation allowing you to create a sense of peace and calm within you.
What to Expect
Gentle touch to decrease tension and release stress.
Assist to deepen and support your body in restorative poses.
Reiki (touch and Reiki are always optional)
Breath work and meditation
A gentle/restorative yoga practice to renew, restore and balance the mind and body.
Reduced stress and anxiety
Balanced Nervous System
An over-all sense of well being and ease.
