Breath is one of the most powerful tools we have to regulate the nervous system, steady the mind, and reconnect with the body—yet it’s often the most overlooked.
One Breath at a Time is a 75-minute pranayama workshop designed to slow things down and bring awareness back to the breath. Through guided instruction, you’ll explore simple, accessible breathing techniques and learn how to use them intentionally—whether your goal is calming anxiety, increasing focus, or creating more ease in daily life.
We’ll move at a supportive, unhurried pace with space to feel the effects of each practice in your body. The experience will close with a grounding meditation to help integrate what you’ve learned and leave you feeling centered, clear, and calm.
