A beginner-friendly experience designed to help you reconnect with your body through movement, posture, and breath.
Inspired by the natural rhythm and flow of water, this workshop invites fluidity, softness, and strength—encouraging you to move with ease while building a deeper connection to your core.
You’ll explore foundational belly dance movements like hip circles, figure 8s, and gentle core engagement, while improving posture, coordination, and body awareness along the way. This isn’t about getting it “right”—it’s about feeling, expressing, and moving in a way that feels good in your body.
No dance experience needed. Come as you are, and leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and refreshed.
