How to Cancel Your Monthly Package

YOU are in CONTROL of your monthly package. We make this as quick and painless as possible. All you have to do is follow the steps below to cancel your auto-renewal effective TODAY:-)

Basically, it’s 4 clicks: Sign In > Account > Terminate > OK but we’ve detailed every step with screenshots below.

Step 1: Log into your account using the button below and sign in using your account email address and password. This will take you to the old MindBody Classic interface that is a bit clunky, but it works just fine.

Step 2: Click/Tap the ‘Account’ button as pictured and circled below:

Step 3: Click/Tap the ‘Manage or Cancel contracts’ link as pictured and circled below:

Step 4 and 5: Click/Tap the arrow for the drop down box, then select ‘Cancel Auto-renew or Terminate’ button as pictured with arrow below:

Step 6: As soon as you click the RED button ‘Terminate Contract’ you’ll see a empty contract screen with a green banner 'termination of contract confirmation’ at the bottom of the screen. You can always return to your account screen to confirm the cancellation too!


Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What if I forgot my user name and/or password?

A: Click the ‘Need new password’ link on the login screen to have a new password sent to your registered email address and proceed from there.

Q: I still want to take classes, but can’t make it regularly to justify a monthly package. What can I do?

A: Just buy some passes. We’re always offering class pass sales. All passes come with a 12-month expiration, so there’s plenty of time to use them.

Q: Why can’t I cancel in the Full Body Fitness & Yoga App?

A: Our software provider does not allow this feature at this time, but when it becomes available, we’ll update this page with instructions.

Q: I can’t figure it out. Can you cancel it for me?

A: Sure thing! Just send us an email and tell us you’d like to cancel.
