Shutdown Round TWO - Let’s GO!!!

Hi friends!

We’re officially closed for in-person business through Sunday, December 13th, per the governor’s mandate.

How do we feel about being shutdown? That’s simple, although we will miss seeing you in person, and what we love is the group experience we share together most, we are committed to doing our part to slow down the spread of the virus even if it means we have to take it on the chin by closing for a few weeks.

Here’s the deal. COVID is everywhere. What used to be several degrees of separation, and then a few degrees of separation, is now maybe one degree of separation. It’s close. To all of us.

We had considered a voluntary shutdown after Thanksgiving, but the governor beat us to it. Frankly, even if we continued to operate, the number of infected and quarantined have grown to the point that we feel it is not a safe time for in-studio classes.

During this time, we will continue to serve you and have decided to shift how we deliver online content. The lessons we’ve learned since March when we began offering online classes are (1) digital content is valued at a fraction of the cost of in-person services, and (2) easy access to online videos is important for a better user experience.

Taking this into account, we are going to simplify the process for taking our online classes by making them 100% donation based. Our hope is to support not just our community, but our greater community during this time. We will test this for the first week of shutdown in the hopes that those taking class will feel compelled to donate.

This community carried us through the first round of shutdown. We responded by building out a new home for us to gather once we are through this.

In this second round, we will again depend on your kindness. If you are on auto-renewal, please stay the course with us. If you purchase class passes, please donate in exchange for the online classes you take, purchase apparel, and take advantage of our sale launching today!

This has been a tough year for everyone - you, our business, and our family - but we live by a single mantra in our household … this is tough, we are TOUGHER!

We remain committed to serving you by doing whatever is needed to see this ENTIRE community back in the studio on the other side of this pandemic.

As Governor Beshear has pointed out, the end is in sight.

Let’s keep our eye on the prize…doing yoga and fitness TOGETHER!

May you be happy,
May you be healthy,
May you be free,
Ratona and the Entire Full Body Fitness & Yoga Team

P.S. To our good and faithful clients who have remained healthy at home since March, know that we appreciate you and will look forward to seeing you again next year. Hang in there, stay safe, and know that we are firmly committed to being here when it’s safe again.
