I have a lot of passes on my account. Can I apply these to a new monthly package?
Yes! Send us an email, and we’ll apply the value of your existing passes towards your monthly package.
What if I get injured, have surgery, or a gremlin eats my workout pants and barricades LuLu Lemon?
Injuries, surgeries, and all sorts of other things happen - we get that. If you’re unable to attend class for a period of time, just let us know, and we’ll hit the pause button. When you’re ready to come back, email us, and we’ll restart your monthly package.
What if I run out of passes in a given month?
We offer 5, 10, and unlimited passes per month in our packages so you can attend once, twice, or as many times as you like each week. If you run out of passes on the 5/mo. or 10/mo. packages, just drop us an email, and we’ll set you up for class at the same rate as the package you’re using.
Do unused passes rollover into the next month?
No. Unused passes expire at the end of each billing period, and a fresh set of passes are credited to your account the following day.
How do I cancel?
It’s simple - send us an email. We require 30 days notice so we can process the change. If you’re unable to attend classes for that last billing period, we can extend the expiration date for the last month’s classes to 12 months instead of 30 days. For unlimited cancelations, we can credit 15 passes with the extended expiration date. All you have to do is email us. Unfortunately, our system (MindBody) doesn’t do this kind of thing automatically.
I have a 5 pass or 10 pass auto renewal and would like to upgrade to either 10 passes or unlimited. Can I do that?
Yes you can, and you still get the discounted price! All you have to do is email us. Unfortunately, our system (MindBody) doesn’t do this kind of thing automatically.
