Kickstart is a 6-week weight loss program combining nutrition and movement with the guiding support of personal trainer and health coach, Amanda Ankenbauer. Over the course of the program, you will begin to adopt healthy nutrition and fitness habits to permanently shed unwanted weight. Having been there herself, Amanda has been able to lose nearly 100 lbs. and keep it off for more than a decade through smarter choices that now, are habit.
Whether you’re trying to lose your first ten pounds or that last 10 pounds, Amanda will work with you to design and tweak your nutrition and fitness routine so you can start to see results. While this is a short window of time in terms of weight loss, six weeks provides enough time to gain clarity in your routine and begin to form the habits needed to achieve your goals.

I remember weighing in at my heaviest point and attempting to take a jog around my neighborhood. It was nearly impossible!
I remember deciding that I wanted to be healthy and strong. I wanted to effortlessly take a jog around my neighborhood, so I educated myself.
I started by making better nutritional choices and the weight began melting away.
Next, I was able to incorporate a cardio routine and noticed that I was developing loose skin. That's when I began to physically see the value of strength training as I was able to tone and shape my body.
Combining strength training with cardio and a balanced diet, I was able to lose nearly 100 lbs. and keep it off for over ten years!

Is this personal training or group fitness or both?
Both. This program combines the best elements of personal training and group fitness - one-on-one coaching within a small community that’s chasing after similar goals.
I have physical limitations and can’t do a lot of exercise. Is this right for me?
Yes. This is particularly right for you because the personal training aspect of this program will provide a fitness routine that’s modified to meet your limitations.
I’m not sure if I should do Kickstart or FUEL. Which one is right for me?
If you’re new to working out or have difficulty maintaining consistency in your workout routine, Kickstart will be best for you. Kickstart has a lot more one-on-one contact that can keep you on plan so you can get the results you want.
FUEL is mostly online with only one meeting to kickoff the program and is designed for those who want to lose weight, but are already working out regularly. In short, you can be face-to-face with your personal trainer and health coach for 6 weeks or just one.
**This six week program is a committment to yourself to improve your overall health through the guided assistance of a trainer and to begin to build momentum on your health journey. There are no make up dates for missed sessions and no refunds for cancelations or no shows**
