THIS BOOTCAMP IS NOT FOR THOSE NEW TO WORKING OUT OR FITNESS, this is for those who are already conditioned and have been working out, but want that extra push. It's perfect if you are looking for early morning workouts to get them done before you begin your day!
Small Groups mean more focus and individualized training, taking your fitness to the next level, and going outside of the studio walls! Whether you want to get out of your regular fitness routine, push your boundaries, or just looking for a fun and motivating workout Full Body Bootcamp is for you! Get in early in the morning, get your work out done, and conquer your day!
The Bootcamp will consist of 8 specialized workouts, which will include both cardio and strength training for your Full Body, please note your workouts may take you outside.
COST (this offering is separate from studio passes and auto renewal) $100 total for 8 sessions, registration and payment in advance required. If you would like to join but cannot make all 4 weeks due to a vacation please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can make an adjustment for you.
PLEASE NOTE - There must be a minimum of 5 participants signed up and we will not exceed 12 participants, so get your friends, your neighbors, sisters, brothers, boyfriend, girlfriend, grandma, grandpa, husband, wife, cat, dog, whomever to sign up!
