Join this gentle and compassionate workshop & yoga class designed to cultivate peace of mind.
Learn skills to support healing, and assist with breaking through old emotional patterns. There will be a focus on breathing, meditation, and simple yoga poses you can integrate into your daily life.
In addition, there will be a discussion on dietary and environmental influences that may be sabotaging your emotional well being.
The yoga practice is accessible to EVERYONE even if you are new or have never done yoga. This workshop is a non-judgment space, no matter what's going on - whether you’re feeling sad, hopeless, or down - we welcome you. Bring an open mind, heart ,and willingness to let go of that which holds you down.
