Beth Silvers received her RYT-200 hours training from Curvy Yoga in Nashville, TN and has been teaching since 2014. Beth is Reiki attuned and focuses her teaching on curvy, gentle, beginner, yin, and restorative yoga because of her belief that yoga is a lifelong practice available to everyone. Beth is the co-host of Pantsuit Politics and coauthor of I Think You're Wrong (But I'm Listening): A Guide to Grace-Filled Political Conversations. Beth lives in Union, KY, with her partner Chad, daughters Jane and Ellen, and miniature schnauzer Lucy.
